dirty toilet limited storage
The shared toilet was not very clean. it was also down two flights of stairs, a significant inconvenience. my room lacked adequate storage. Only a few coat hangers were present, i needed more space for my belongings.

The staff was very cute and helpful. Our room was very comfy and tidy, matching our expectations for the type of accommodation. I especially appreciated the hotel's location, convenient, close to many attractions and local amenities.

Really good Value and Cute Hosts!
amazing room comfortable bed helpful hosts
The room was super amazing with a great view of the tower. The bed was comfortable so I rested well. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and they assisted with my mobility needs by giving me a room as close to the entrance as possible which I loved.
The room was very warm and there was no air conditioning or fan to cool it down.

The hotel owner was lovely and helped with everything I needed. I got upgraded to an apartment upon arrival because I had booked a quadruple room. The owner would fix things if anything was amiss so I was happy.

I learned there was no breakfast available on site. The winter gardens are close to the location which I loved. The location is ideal and close to the things I needed so I was happy about that.

The family room was great and I loved it. everything was clean and tidy. The beds had two pillows for each person which was super convenient. I was very comfortable with all the facilities available for us.

The location was GREAT, so close to all the attractions and pubs. The hosts were so polite and helpful. They were really good. The room was super clean and cozy. I really appreciated it. I found the beds were very comfortable. I slept AMAZINGLY.
My room lacked storage, such as a chest of drawers or a wardrobe.

The location was ideal. everything was close. the family room was also great.
